I ordered from English Garden from out of state because a friend was in the hospital in Vegas. I placed the order online, providing my friend's name and the hospital she was at. I had ordered for same day delivery. Prior to putting the bouquet together and going to the hospital, English Garden called the hospital to find out if my friend could receive live flowers, which she couldn't at that time. English Garden called me and explained that they would keep calling the hospital until my friend was able to receive flowers. The next day, she had been moved to a regular room and they delivered a beautiful bouquet. My friend's nurse even called after it was delivered and said the flowers made a huge difference in my friend's mood.
