The arrangement was even more beautiful in real-life (what my recipient said :)) I did see a photo and it is stunning + great price + and an opportunity to have it delivered to their doorstep in less than 24 hours. Absolutely wonderful.

Most florist do not end up sending what the picture looked like. This was as close as you could get! My friend loved it and I was pleased. It was received very well by the person who I gave it to. AND, it looked exactly like the photo! This is something I have had bad experience with. The worse one was while I was out of state (in CT), and I increased the order to be MORE flowers in a stunning purple vase. The result was a dollar store vase and the same amount of flowers as the 'standard' version. I complained and they took ZERO responsibility. Difference in cost was low end = $90 vs high end = over $200

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We deliver throughout the entire Las Vegas Valley. When you request a timed delivery, we will try our best to honor your request. There will be instances that we already are booked up for specific times. It is always best to give us a call to verify the requested delivery time is possible. As it gets very hot in Las Vegas in the summertime, we cannot leave flowers at people's doors as they will die quite fast out here. We will leave them a message and call the sender to notify them that no one was home to accept the flowers. When a recipient calls us, we will set up a better time for delivery. That could mean that the delivery might be the next day. When the weather is cooler, we can leave the flowers if there is a safe cool spot to leave them. When a recipient calls us, we will set up a better time for delivery. Our deliveries are made between the hours of 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturdays.
