In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Thank you very much for the flowers delivered on my behalf to my Casino host at The Luxor. She said they were beautiful. On a side note, I have sent a number of emails to your “flowers” email address, including a request regarding this order. I had no response to any of my emails, and, although the flowers were wonderful, the request I made of my order was not fulfilled. Is your “flowers” email address valid? Does it work, and did you get my emails? Aside from this small glitch, thank you again!

English Garden Florist has been my go-to florist for over 10 years, and they have never let me down. I can always count on them to pull together a beautiful bouquet—even with last-minute notice—and it’s always perfect. The people in the shop are truly the best: kind, talented, and full of personality. I love the owner, the welcoming atmosphere, and even the birds that make the place feel like home.
