Dear Tina, I really enjoyed our planning of flowers for my daughter Sandra which were delivered to the Bellagio Hotel on April 4th. We entered the room with the wonderful fragrance of flowers as the hotel followed my request of having them in the room that evening. Our friends and family all were impressed that directions to you and the. hotel were all followed. Every day we enjoyed their beauty and we cared for them as we would in my home in Rhode Island. They are still beautiful as we carried them home on our flight and drained the water before check in and carried 2 empty bottles to fill after we passed security. I ordered a birthday arrangement from English Garden Florist for my sister who lives locally and was blown away by the quality. The flowers were fresh, full, and looked exactly like the picture—if not better! They delivered on time, and the recipient was thrilled. This has been my go-to shop for flowers. The staff was incredibly polite and helped me choose the perfect arrangement. -Superb customer service -Highly recommend!

Thank you very much for the flowers delivered on my behalf to my Casino host at The Luxor. She said they were beautiful. On a side note, I have sent a number of emails to your “flowers” email address, including a request regarding this order. I had no response to any of my emails, and, although the flowers were wonderful, the request I made of my order was not fulfilled. Is your “flowers” email address valid? Does it work, and did you get my emails? Aside from this small glitch, thank you again!
